Empowering Youth through STEM Education

Who are we?
The Radiant Point Foundation (RPF) is a 501(c)(3), charitable organization with a focus on encouraging K-12 students to study the fields of computer science and technology.
Initiatives
The first mission of the Radiant Point Foundation is to promote STEM education in middle school and high school students in communities close to the founders Dr. Timothy Faltemier and Dr. Emily Faltemier.  We want students to understand the exciting, vastly creative, unlimited potential and career opportunities that computer science and mathematics can provide.  We support this mission by giving monetary donations to schools and individuals to promote growth in curriculum and resources furthering the advanced use of technology. 
Our Mission
We seek to provide opportunities for students in grade school through college interested in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math with scholarships, internships, mentoring, and donations of IT equipment and professional services.  We believe that with the ever changing global focus on artificial intelligence and machine learning, that knowledge of computer science will grow in importance.

Scholarship
Our Scholarship Program is designed to promote technology knowledge, education, and interest among multiple interdisciplinary student areas.  The Radiant Point Foundation is pleased and committed to support students that are interested in pursuing fields related (but not limited to) Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, Machine Learning, Computer Vision, and related application to cross-domain medical fusion. 
Board Members
The Radiant Point Foundation was founded by Dr. Timothy Faltemier and Dr. Emily Faltemier.  
Timothy Faltemier, Ph.D.
Dr. Timothy Faltemier is passionate about  computer science. He specializes in machine learning and computer vision.  
Emily Faltemier, M.D.
Dr. Emily Faltemier is a family practice physician in the Northern Virginia area with a focus on family medicine.
